It’s time to “spring forward” and gain an extra hour of sunlight. It also means you’ll lose an hour of sleep!
Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, March 8, 2015. Remember to set your clocks forward 1 hour before you head to bed on Saturday, March 7th.
