Monthly Knife Sharpening
Knife sharpening is essential to having a safe and sharp kitchen knife. Everyone probably has at least one or two knives in their kitchen that are dull. Dull knives are not only difficult to use but also very dangerous to use because an extra force is needed to get a good cut.
Foreman’s General Store hosts a knife sharpener the first Tuesday of every month. Our expert Sharpener will pick up knives for sharpening that day— we recommend you drop knives off before the first Tuesday each month. He is only here a few hours that day not all day as he does a route. So it’s best to get your knives in before Tuesday. Knives are returned back to customers the same day as the sharpener does it on site at Foreman’s.
Don’t forget to bring in your dull knives to get sharpened so that they are safer and more effective!
