Visitors and residents have marked the Bedford Blues and BBQ Festival on their calendar every year, as this event grows in national recognition. Every Labor Day Weekend, Bedford welcomes over 20,000 music and food lovers from all over the world to get their groove on. Three days of blues and rock musicians along with down home southern BBQ, the 6th annual Bedford Blues & BBQ Festival is sure to please the senses.
Enjoy a night out on the town on Friday, August 29 at the Bedford Blues & BBQ Labor Day Festival.
The music continues at 8:00 p.m. with Petty Theft lighting up the night with their cool summer sounds.
The venue across the street from the Bedford City Hall Complex features plenty of trees and a large BBQ cook-off area. Guests who want even more shade have the option of enjoying the festival in the Party Tent.One-day general admission is $7 (cash only at the gate), kids 5 and under are admitted free. Specialty seating options range from $50-$30. These options are limited and are only available online.

Parking: There is $15 on-site parking available , on-site parking is available for $20 the day of the event. $10 parking is available at both the Library and Old Bedford School. Handicap Parking is available at the on-site parking. Motorcycle parking will be available at the Bedford Harley-Davidson facility.
The Bedford Blues and BBQ Festival (August 29 thru August 31), offers a unique experience for all the senses!
The ticket price will be $7 online and $10 at the gate and there is a $15 weekend pass sold online CASH ONLY.
No pets, coolers or tents. Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed.
L Don Dodson Drive will be closed from Forest Ridge Drive to Parkwood Drive from 8:00AM on Friday, August 29, until 8:00AM on Tuesday, September 2.
